Sir Barr. Celestine Omehia is a distinguished Nigerian legal practitioner and former Governor of River States, with strong academic credentials from the United Kingdom. He holds degrees in Law and International Law, was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986, and is recognised for his contributions to governance, leadership and professional excellence. Barr. Omehia serves as Chairman and Director at Kelcey Energy.

Dr. Kelachi Omehia

Director

Dr. Kelachi Omehia is a Mechanical Engineer
and energy professional with over eight years’
experience spanning engineering, academia,
and sustainable energy systems. He holds a PhD
from the University of Sheffield, specialising in
carbon capture and low-carbon technologies.
He provides technical leadership at Kelcey
Energy and lectures at Baze University.

Kechikamma Omehia-Olowolaju |

Director, Legal

Kechikamma Omehia-Olowolaju is a legal practitioner and dispute resolution specialist with expertise in commercial litigation, arbitration, and regulatory advisory. An Associate at Templars and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, she leads legal and regulatory functions at Kelcey Energy, supporting compliance, risk management, and strategic transactions across the energy sector.

Iwekumo Iruene

General Manager, Geosciences

Iwekumo Iruene is a Geophysicist with over 18 years’ experience in oil and gas, specialising in onshore and shallow-water assets. His expertise spans geophysics, geology and petrophysics, delivering value through reservoir evaluation,
seismic interpretation and field development planning. He is recognised for technical excellence and enhancing asset performance. He leads geosciences at Kelcey Energy.

Joel Abrakasa

Engr. Joel S. Abrakassa is an experienced Petroleum Engineer with over 17 years in the oil and gas industry, specializing in production operations, asset management, and process optimization. Recognized for his technical expertise and operational leadership, he currently serves as General Manager, Production Operations at Kelcey Energy.
